    Why should it?

The meeting is open to anyone to attend, all they have to do is turn up.

I know your not thick but why be obtuse.

I'll put it in simple terms. The posters on here like to spout ****e but heres the chance to say I'm going, i'll be there. The very least that you, and others hard work deserve.

This may make em feel guilty and actually get off their arses and do something.

I'll put it even simpler than Chazz.

How many people do you expect to turn up?

    How many would you consider a success? Or a failure? 30? 50? 200? 5k?

Like Chazz, I would hope the alleged supporters from various online sites all make an effort, and you're turning them away at the door but something tells me it won't be like that at all.

    I'll be there.

I wonder if the cap-doffers like Happy Tiger, Chazz et al will also be there to put their water-tight counter arguments to CTWD?

They probably could end the campaign there and then.

If all goes as planned, you'll be off supporting Nth Ferriby or York.

I think it maybe because you asked them to say whether they are going or not. All through my time on this board I've been asked, usually with a hint of sarcasm how may supporters we have. I always reply as I feel, I don't really know. Tomorrow Hull City supporters get an opportunity to meet with the committee for the first time in the week when the application went in. It will give us an opportunity to discuss what we plan to do and start organising our appeal to get the FA Council to reject it. Personally I think that makes the meeting very attractive.

On the other side people have lots of varied pre-match rituals that if they break them will result in the world ending. I would like the place to be full but I wouldn't be too disappointed if it wasn't.

So for Happy Tiger, sorry no numbers but I expect a fairly decent attendance.

I will probably attend at some point during the afternoon even if it just to quickly pop in. If I don't attend it does not mean that I am not supporting the campaign (I have become a member anyway and have the scarf). It will just mean that I have a busy Saturday. I work during the week and Saturday is dashing into town to shop then getting home and out again for the football. I am sure other people have equally busy days but it doesn't mean they don't support the cause. I loved the Liverpool game when people who did not normally stand up and sing actually did just that and I look forward to more of the same tomorrow.

The House of Commons is generally only packed once a week. In your book that means neither Labour nor the Tories want to win.

I will not be attending the meeting.

I do wish the CTWD group a successful day. Supporter involvement is the future of football and whatever the club politics I personally applaud the spirit and good intent of the founding members of the group.

Then I think you are wrong; it is a bit like viewing a house built on piss-poor foundations, too much uncertainty. The club is suffering plenty of damage, AA deserves no consideration after his antics and, if it would make someone from the campaign look foolish, then they should have thought of that. Those minutes are the bedrock of the campaign or the quicksand it's public credibility will disappear into. Has the campaign group managed agree a set of minutes?

I will not be going as my attendance will be viewed as support for CTWD.
There will be another poor turn out(Udders and protest marches)
Take comfort that the approval seekers will wear scares and t shirts. It is within most peoples ability to afford them and is the easy option rather than actually turn up to do something.
I will be singing at todays match.THIS IS NOT IN SUPPORT OF CTWD.

CTWD took minutes at the meeting. We sent the minutes to Hull City for agreement. They wanted certain things taken out. We did not agree with all the changes. There was no agreement between the club and us and we decided not to publish the minutes.

The minutes are not the bedrock of the campaign. The bedrock of the campaign is letting the FA know how we feel and getting the support of the wider football family to support us. Hopefully that will be enough to get the FA Council to say no change.
