    So are you saying that baseball players are now dependant on their religion?

    Where the **** did you read that in what I've just been saying?

    <yikes>

    Did I also suggest that ten pin bowling skill depends on the fact that you live in a house and not a ****ing igloo? Or that a curry based diet prohibits you from learning how to play football?

    It wasn't a giveaway you've failed to take the message from my posts and found some discriminatory comment which actually isn't there.

    To repeat myself to make it clear, it's in reference to the fact that they don't have access to facilities and that not a great number of them partake in the sport.

    I fail to see why you would pick up on the muslim part when I go on to mention Indians, Mexicans and Eskimos.

    Maybe because the Indian/Mexican/Eskimo bit is in reference to a nationality (devoid of religion) whereas a muslim is not a nationality but in fact a religion

    No it's a culture amongst a group of people. There's also cultures within the Islamic world, India and Mexico.

    Nationality, race and religion have little bearing on what I was talking about.

    Sorry but I did not mention religion you did - the original discussion was relating to genetics i.e. bone density swimming etc which was "ridiculed"and yet you still mention the "Islamic world" (i.e. A RELIGION) coupled with India and Mexico (countries or nations and as such a genetic identity)

    Genetics are completely seperate from religion please do not mix the two

    Again you miss the point. I'm not talking about genetics or religion. I don't believe these things have any link to sporting ability. I mention the above religion, genetic identities, races whatever because they fall under a culture which doesn't partake in the sports I mentioned.

    As a result of the lack of participation they don't have a great deal of 'world class' athletes in those fields. It has nothing to do with how they are physically built or what god they believe in or whether they have foreskin or not. I'm only saying it once more because I've tired of explaining it. I referred to the above as cultures. Not their genetics, their skin colour, their religion or any other facet of their make up or lives.

    There was nothing discriminatory in what I said unless you find me saying that muslims don't take part in "America's pastime" all that much.

    The main reason there are no world class black swimmers is that black guys and gals, as a general rule, aren't interested in stuff like swimming. It's just not cool for them. It's as simple as that, but people will look for a million and one different "reasons" or "causes" just to try and sound more diverse or whatever. It's ridiculous. Just like white people are far more likely to get a professional interest in invasion games. No doubt some will manage to construe these basic facts as racist, as that is the kind of society we live in.
