Every team does the same, to the same extent IMO. We have seen much worse at the KC against us, I can assure you. We were always going to try and slow the game down anyway, after playing Liverpool and then being ran ragged by a rampant Arsenal side for 90 minutes, we were always going to be leggy. We don't have a big squad, and therefore our players tire easily and are always going to hold onto what they've got. We were (are still maybe, haven't checked) 2nd in the League in terms of retaining points from a winning position. We've only dropped 4 points from winning positions now (vs. Cardiff and Swansea) so it must work. As a newly Promoted team, you're going to take any means necessary to earn vital points in the attempt to retain Premier League status next year.
Jebus. If we manage to stick around in the Premier League for three seasons, I hope it doesn't do this to me. Like us at Hull City, it's only a few short years since you were on the verge of going out of the Football League, but now you're a well-established mid-table Premier League side. And you're moaning. FFS. Give it a shake.

That's my point, Dragon. You state that there is a story, that you are privy to it, that it will come to light in due course. If that's the case, why not say what it is? I don't understand all this cloak and dagger stuff, so what I'm saying is that, if you have no intention of divulging the story, why mention it in the first place?
This **** makes me so ****ing mad. People coming on here saying they have 'contacts' - most of which turn out to be either imaginary or of dubious provenance. They just drop a line or two that screams "look at me" then they clam up. Give it a ****ing rest. Nobody's listening. If my memory serves me right, the last time Dragon and Norway suggested there was something up, there was! That was when the story about Sir Michaels agent blew up at the start of the season. So if there are rumblings from the lads again, my gut reaction is that something is amiss behind the scenes. but hey ho, that happens in all organisations.

There is a lack of specifity which tells me it's bollocks. Anyone can say they've heard something without saying what it is! But why would you? I doubt that at the moment as he had to have some knee surgery, in the near future. So no club would take the risk at present. He'll probably go in the summer mind.

No it was not... we sat back and tried nothing more than try to keep the ball without putting in an effort to win the game. We could not believe that we were watching the same team that beat the toon by 3-0. you could hear a pin drop at times with the odd groan and shouts of disgussed. That is not the swans i know and admired over the years. so stuff europe until we grow up into an established premiership club able to cope with everything and not jeopardize everything we have achieved on a whim when we can't cope...
I can remember you bitching on message boards about every move we made when we were in League 1. I can't remember much admiration coming from you. Do you only sing when we're winning?
stop being a twat terror ..If you was only a quarter of a fan i have been in 54 years you will have done well...Honesty is always the best policy with no burying your head in the sand and thinking we are great all the time. you're only deluding yourself....I will say it as it is and not dress it up into something its not. If they are good i will give credit and say they were good and if they were not trying i will say they were not trying and that is what you call a true supporter. Im still there the next game whether we were good or bad but i wont accept the arie fairy excuses that some on here come out with.......and most of them are from fans unable to go to the game...
