I was reading an article earlier about the most annoying traits of a boss. I asked my colleague sat next to me what she thought would be at the top and she immediately responded without thinking: "pretending to be busy when they're not" #****

She knows some of my old tricks though such as my favourite; getting in work before everyone else and copying as many articles to word as possible, change all the format etc so it looked like a piece of work.
