I wasn't self elected, and despite numerous requests, not one single instance of censorship has been found.

Feel free to debate, but if you're trying to divert the thread with bull**** like that, it would seem you've run out of steam quite early.

You closed the thread regarding the risk supporters that were held up on the way to Burnley, care to re open it and start again?

The points made in that thread are still relevant to the current debates we are having, and maybe more so in light of some of our great benefactors recent comments. The one thing that became abundantly clear is that you do not seem to understand the meaning of the word "discrimination"

I have included a link on this for you, hope this helps.

Anyone who wants to do anything is not to be trusted and only does it out of self-interest, at least according to those who sit on their backsides and do nothing.
Anyone who makes any money is not to be trusted and is assumed to be a crook and is definitely a **** by the good citizens of Hull.

You can understand the reluctance of successful local businessmen to get involved with City over the years.

It's just a few, they're not involved so it's dodgy, but they don't want to be involved anyway.

It seems to be pretty much the same ones that are contrary on so many different topics. It wouldn't be so bad if they offered much needed constructive debate, but they seem incapable, so throw red herrings in to try to disrupt discussions.

Will CTWD be publishing figures showing exactly where their member's money is spent.
So far I guess they have under £2000.00 and have bought a flag costing say £150.00. A trip to London to meet the Premiership rep. How many went? How many bevvies were had? Did they make a night of it? How much is left?

Casting doubt on the integrity of the CTWD group is not really productive is it?

Any supporter elected by any trust to sit on the board would have to be supported by not just all sections of the fan base but the owner as well. If you like a good argument why not wait until that debate starts?

There will be an AGM in January, where anyone can put themselves forward for roles within CTWD and members will be allowed to vote on who they want to represent them.

Every current committee member could be voted out of that's what members wanted.

I may put myself forward for one of the support roles, but I certainly won't be putting myself up for any of the lead roles, there are others who are far better qualified than I.

I just wondered if they plan to be open and transparent about where their member's money goes. Seems like a fair enough question.

The meeting minutes detail the spending on an ongoing basis, the giant flag was £500, the other money has been spent on badges, leaflets and scarves. Two people went to meet the Premier League and they were already in London for the Arsenal game. Nobody had any bevvies at CTWD's expense.

Very commendable. You can't be too careful with these things. Most organisations have one or two dishonest types.

100% agree. These are pivotal times for us and it's important that sensible discussion is held.

Now is the time for us to be United...oh, hang on..

Some nonsense again from the usual suspects. Where has this idea come from that CTWD tried to hide the desire to become a supporters' trust with a share in the club? They announced it weeks ago. Just cos some of you were too busy looking elsewhere foe reasons to be contrary, doesn't mean it was never said.

All this about them not being democratic and only representing themselves is also ridiculous. Read the constitution; there'll be members' votes for every role. Anyone can be voted in if the majority want you. If people don't agree with those in the key roles, they can vote them out. Thats exactly how democracy works.
