Hmmm...Numpty is at it again trying to be funny and failing miserably. A confession usually happens when someone has broken a law or done something morally wrong. Daley's 'coming out' is hardly a 'confession' and shouldn't be termed as such. Neither should his sexuality be used in a rather juvenile attempt to get laughs. That young lad is an immensely talented Olympian who lost his Dad at a young age and we should all be proud of him. By the way, even if Chico did handle the ball what good would 'confessing' do other than to mark him for special treatment by refs to even the score. It won't change the result. We had a pen awarded against us recently for a non-handball. Is the ref who got that wrong going to 'confess'? That's the way football goes sometimes. So in short, grow up.
ITI, whether the ball hit chico's hand or not, makes no difference, the rules are there to only penalize deliberate hand balls.
