The first festive thread chaps so here goes.
What some reminds you of Christmas... it doesn't have to be a formal Christmas song... just one that reminds you of it.

For me I can't look past this one. Every Xmas that I've been an adult I've heard it in each pub I've gone into and as wee bair growing up in the 70's (being forced to watch SAFC for the first 8 years by my opressive dad) it always reminded me of happier times :)

As a kid of the 60's and 70's 2 songs that really bring the magic back are Wizzard's I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day and Greg Lake, one is an infectious ode to Christmas counterpointed by the dark debunking of the Christmas myth played out to a perfect festive musical accompaniment, I don't know if this is really true but the low tech 70's with our power cuts and strife along with only 3 tv channels seemed to make Christmas Day in particular feel more special.

Can't be Christmas without a bit of Bing.

White Christmas seems to be the traditional Christmas song still.

Too many to mention, love Christmas songs

Santa Baby - Eartha Kitt (Kylies video was better mind)
All I want for Christmas - Mariah
    Fairytale of New York
What Christmas means to me - Stevie Wonder
Wonderful Christmas Time - Pau McCartney
    Merry Xmas Everybody - Slade
Rockin around the Christmas Tree - Brenda Lee

Not fussed about the song but Destinys Child doing 8 days of Christmas dressed in Santa outfits is always a visual pleasure. Girls in skimpy santa outfits works for me.

That is my favourite ever since I first heard it. Even more than the fabolous Slade outing of which they gave us a rousing rendition at Reading in 1980.

I can nominate two that I utterly dislike to counter these two that I adore:
    New York Christmas
    Dreaming of a White Christmas
