I made the thread to discuss possible alternative for future matches, not just this one. So if I talk about players being injured in the match thread does that mean Kenny_Kop_King's thread can be merged with the match thread? Meh, people bitch about not having enough on topic threads, you make one that gets a reasonable debate on it and it gets shafted anyway. **** em
Both threads were giving full eleven player line-ups and yours was not sticking to just the midfield at all KKK's thread is about injuries forcing FSG's hand in the transfer market. PS...once merged, it can't be undone
Tangents. But still, why would something that relates to future matches and was made originally as a thread discussing potential line-ups with Gerrard now on a lengthy lay off have to be merged with the match thread?
Because it was a discussion about who should line-up in our midfield to face Spurs which deteriorated into a team line-up versus Spurs and therefore, the same as the match thread Is it really that difficult to understand?
Was it really causing that much harm? I mean out off all the **** on our board was it really necessary?
Obviously it wasn't causing any harm, but why have two threads discussing the same thing? I was tidying the board, something we do quite often when there are similar threads running at the same time.
Well isn't the thread Kop King made basically discussing transfers? It doesn't mean it should be merged, the content relates to the OP surely? You did it to tidy the board yet you bump a thread which is about being paid to ****?
IMO our injury situation goes beyond the Spurs match so why should a long-term formation discussion be put into a match thread?
Seriously though we sometimes make a choice and then it get all WHY? Soz guys we will get it wrong now and then. Gerrez more than me though.
Glad you lads find it funny enough to move my posts too. We'll see if this thread merging remains consistent in the near and far future
