No need to rest Giroud, as he was rested against Cardiff. Apart from that, I agree with those selections.
We just need to avoid a heavy defeat in Naples, so I'd start with Bendtner and bring Giroud on later in the game if needed.
Go for the early goal then try and see it out. Play for a draw if necessary. Hamsik is out so that's a bonus.
A so-so good point, but poor poor defending from Gibbs at the end, why the **** is he backing off and inviting the Everton player to shoot? Close the ****er down and push him wide or force him to run out, why just stand back like that? This is the second time now Gibbs has cost us points with poor defending, against Dortmund he allowed them to break instead of giving the foul or properly closing down better, and now this, I wouldn't mind Nacho getting some games ahead of Gibbs now.

I think there is a little bit of hindsight is 20/20 here. If he had lunged in and given the penalty you would be saying, "Why did he dive in, all he had to do was stay in front of him?" The other guy had a really fast release, with an amazing amount of power, it was a very good effort. Percentages wise it was the right play. He kept him to the outside, to the narrow angle, but the other guy made a fantastic shot. My opinion is that 8/10 a striker would miss that.
I didn't say he should lunge in, but just stick close to the guy and don't give him space to shoot like he did, stay close pressuring him to force him out. Instead of closing him down, he stood off him allowing him to shoot.
