the offside goal was offside...just. And yes, i was sitting level with him so i have no doubt that the decision was correct. As for the foul on Anya, it was ridiculous that the ref let play carry on. And without Nosworthy you might have won. He was one of our strongest players yesterday. Other than that, you're completely right on all counts! Meanwhile, bring on Sheffield Wednesday
I agree with you wholeheartedly there H. How the ref let Anya get hauled down from behind like that I will never know. But I was sat in the friends and family enclosure and one of the guys there worked with Kettle outside of refereeing and he was a prize prat (to paraphrase) then, now he just has a whistle in his hand.
I didn't see it as a foul on Anya, mind you I was a long way away... not seen on TV yet as they didn't show. it on the BBC programme.
Quite clearly shows it on HP highlights - their number 2 had his hands all over Anya's back & pulled him over backwards...
That was never a foul in the championship I am sorry but it isn't maybe in Italy or Spain but not in England. Must agree that the ref was a tit though.
Interstingly Bond scores highly here: http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/watfordfc/watfordfcnews/10864024._/
he mad a few vital stops, 2 from Austin and 1 when he clawed it back out of the goal mouth. not much he could do with the rest.
Funny blinkered view you guys have the ref robbed us and you complain. Our second goal was a foul ? (in 7 year old girls football)are you for real.
http://www.101greatgoals.com/blog/m...-last-ditch-goal-saving-tackle-v-watford-gif/ We almost won it at the end!
Great block by the defender. Nos had a bit of a mare but maybe not such a surprise. Look what happens when you have a shot eh? Lets hope Mr Thorne and co can learn from it....
Ekstrand had a bout a second and you could see him compose himself etc...... great shame.... but a draw was fair... not that that helps!
