Saturdays dinner was simply outstanding. Started off with toasted tiger bread, with baked camembert and cranberry sauce. Main was roast duck with an orange sweet chilli sauce, roast potatoes (done in goose fat) and caramelised carrots. Dessert was profiteroles filled with white chocolate and raspberry cream, white chocolate and pistachios on top. That was all made by the missus, apart from the profiteroles, which I made. Hers came out looking like pancakes

I have a bit of roast beef left from yesterday so will make a stir fry with it and some rice,nan bread
