Three years have passed since Liverpool's Royvolution... and boy wasnt it awful...

Moyes has managed United for 15 league games, gaining 22 points and sitting in 9th place.

But what did Roy have with us over 15 games. 19 points. Three points less. But after 16 games he made it 22 points.

    It is a slim margin.

Consider the fact that Roy took over a team in decline and Moyes took over the Champions and you get some very interesting reading.

    Thoughts?

Woy has had a far more successful career with some silverware and he's still a **** manager and Moyes is below him.<ok>

Moyes is out of his depth.

He doesn't know what his best side is, he's instilled the 'avoid defeat' as opposed to 'win at all costs' mentality into them & there's strong rumours about dressing room unrest already.

I would contend that moyes took over a far better squad BUT with serious issues.... he should have known those issues just by f'n watching games on video then moving for players. UTd lost their ceo too and frankly their entire coaching staff.

LFC on the other hand were a basket case of 3 years of penny pinching and selling all good players. however he had gerrard and torres but purslow hamstrung hodgson.. more than anything however hodgson's negativity and mad decisions such as CB playing on the wrong side and so forth meant we absolutely fell apart.

I have to say that moyes has a vastly improved keeper, rvp and rooney.. kagawa and hernandez, valencia and young. His issue is he can't find a midfield or solid back line. The CL was very kind to them in the group phase and they will hope for similar easy ride in the next round. January will be crucial for him.

Hodgson was so bad he didn't get that far cos he was so small time he didn't decide to go to the owners and lay it all on the line. say the f'n players were gash and a total clear out was required.

Its gone beyond rumours tobes, Rio outed the unrest to the media last week, and the MEN have reported that 10 players are likely to leave in the January window and their local paper is usually spot on.

Wonder who the lucky 10 are?

The rumour I'd heard was that Moyes called a meeting for his defenders & told them that they needed to defend with the attitude of Phil Jagielka - at which point Ferdinand lost it & came out with "what the **** has he ever won".

I can't see them shipping out 10 in the next window, but maybe over the next 2 that's highly likely.

I wonder who the ten would be?

    Evra
    Ferdinand
    Cleverly
    Anderson
    Welbeck
    Young
    Macheda?

Struggling to think of others who are that bad.

ten players utd need to get shut of?

    hmmmm..

    Buttner
    Fabio
    Rafael

those 3 are not top 4 full backs.

    Ferdinand
    Vidic

These are past it or can't stay fit as CBs

now reality check... that leaves smalling jones and evan who i'd rate no higher than a skertl or many others so utd are not looking too good there.

    Anderson
    Giggs

The issue at CM is they have not many options I put giggs in as he appears here a bit and frankly.. thats ok when you have no tackling to go do. they need a whole new midfield

    Young
    Nani

As wingers these guys have lost it. diving and bottling.

Welbeck.. for me he is pretty average

Evra... for being a..... well whatever donga would say.

In the end they cna either be judged by very high standards or not. high standards would say that de gea, RVP and rooney.. perhaps valencia in the right set up are good enough now to win a title or three. Vidic should be on that list but is so injured... carrick is getting on so he'd have to stay cleverly isn't too clever and neither is jones but they would be squad players IMO.

SO moyes needs to get his ha dout of the clouds and not buy felliani's and not bid on players like fabreags who are not coming for other reasons and get 5/6 in.... quickly.
