And that reason is because they thought he would do well as United manager. Short of it is.....the biggest clubs are the biggest clubs because they have the most plastics. More plastics = more merchandise sales = lots of money = signing big players = on field success. United are a global brand and will always turn a profit, but if they stop performing well, a big portion of it will dry up, when the board realise this, Moyes will be out the door faster than a scouse on Giro day
