My son studied at UWE as a mature student, 2 years ago he was made a B/chr of Computer Sciences after 3 years, we went to Bristol Cathedral where he was awarded his bollocks and all that, what a day and my heart burst with pride.. Go for it Tom and good luck..

My mum went to Uni as a mature student as she had my older brother very young, he was born deaf so she waited until I was old enough to look after my younger brother and went to Uni. She's a doctor in geology and enjoyed it so much she carried on studying. She now works for Cardiff Uni as business advisor and wrote a book on lean management. I went to one of her MBA graduation do's and was proud like you said Wiz. So I can imagine what your parents are feeling with you Tom My nieces have both been offered places one in Cardiff and one in UWE. Can't wait till my daughter decides what she wants to do, she's in her GCSE year and she's chosen Law to see if she enjoys it so fingers crossed.
