If they have video surveillance they will spot the active participators(throwing things), the passive supporters of the trouble ( the ones standing in the mob and are guilty by association) and the innocent supporters who are trying to get away from the bother as and when it kicks off .
Fair comment DM but hopefully you get the gist in that we need a proper deterrent. Fines, waste of time, prison costs the taxpayers. We need something to stop this and stop it now. I haven't been to any for years, partly because of the trouble I saw from my own supporters and from supporters of other teams. Incidents such as these are probably random events (and definitely not organised) from people who are that thick they don't know any better. They'll be back home tonight smoking green in the local park and picking on weaker people.
