Everton have been fouling constantly in the last 10-15 minutes and the refisjust letting it go, 2-4 yellows should have beenhanded out as a minimum. They are using professional fouls to stop us playing.
Much better towards the end of the half, if it weren't for Howard we'd be ahead. Two good saves from him right at the end. But we need to be much sharper in the second half.
Nice of them to turn up with 4 mins of the half left. Unacceptable performances from cazorla ozil and particularly ramsey. Defence have looked solid
Jack lying on the ground after being tapped on the heel to kill the Everton momentum worked a treat. Since that moment it has been all Arsenal. not slating anyone here, it's a tactic used and it's exactly what happened.
By the way for those saying we are playing badly - we aren't. We haven't quite clicked when we go forward, but we have defended very well. A few signs that we can get ourselves the goal towards the end of the half. Considering Everton are playing very well i don't think we are playing badly, just rather defensively.
You must be ****ing kidding to pick that out. The amount of professional fouls from Everton is ridiculous. Little kicks constantly.
I agree, you weren't playing badly, Everton were playing very well and Arsenal were defending excellently
Kos has kept Lukaku at bay also. Everton might have had a lot of possession, but we have not been threatened.
I have to say that Everton has excellent against us and we've done well to weather the storm. Even with Everton domination, our defence has ben very good and Kos has been out best player. He's kept Lukaku very quiet. Just at the end Lukaku purposely fouled Kos to piss him off. But we've come back really well at the end and shuld have got a goal with those clear chances. I wish Henry would come down from the crowd and come on, I bet he could still put one of those away.
Are you saying he didn't do that? Really mate get a grip, you cant say anything ****ing determined critical at all on here. Ye were under the kosh and it was the time old trick of disrupting momentum, I never even said there was anything wrong with it, nor did I say anything else. Did I say anything about fouls? Where are you getting the crap you spout?
Utter rubbish. They all had to work really hard to deal with the Everton pressure, which has been immense. When he had the ball, we were too deep, so not a lot of options for the guys on the ball. Football is not some easy game where we can play at will. And despite all that we created all the chances in that half.
WE've been caught cold and found it hard to come into the game after Everton's great start. The second half will be different as Everton will struggle to maintain this level. I would bring Walcott on to terrify them with his pace.
Oh shut up you scouse ****. You decide to comment on the one cynical moment from an Arsenal player in a half littered with cynical fouls from Everton players.
