Nice thread again Bri. I see Merse has us down for a draw and not a defeat for the first time this season with some complementary remarks. Is he back on the gear? I reckon he could be right, but would love the 3 points. as for Lawro...well, say no more.
When Merson starts having our back it must make the fans who've given up all ready feel stupid. That drunken cokehead who hates us, has more faith. It's ok to believe innit
Fletcher could still be carrying an injury. On another note Chelsea brought a hell of a lot of supporters on wed, but I urge supporters to get down to the stadium and see a cracking game, and 42,000 hopefully.
would like to see us with this team today ----------------Mannone------------- Celuska----O'Shea-----Brown----Bardsley Borini -------Ki--------Colback--Giaccherini ------------Fletcher----Altidore---------- Attack attack attack!
Dont get me wrong, i like dossena for his attacking game, but defensively i think celuska is better and we can't afford to give away silly free kicks or be caught on the counter today
Just now Mannone, Bardsley, Celustka, O'Shea (C), Brown, Ki, Colback, Larsson, Johnson, Fletcher, Altidore subs: Dossena, Gardner, Pickford, Diakite, Giaccherini, Borini, Cattermole. Very nearly jammy
Really not sure about Johnson at the moment, I like him, but I feel borini has been better for us latey, Johnson is a fresher pair of legs though, barely playing the other night
We seem to have had a load of injuries to our defence so it's an interesting line up from us. As I said on our board we've got 1 goalkeeper, 2 right backs, 1 centre back, 4 centre mids, 1 winger, 1 inverted winger and a striker. If we win I'll be over the moon but I'd definitely take a draw at the moment.
Not a frightening Spurs line-up. Worried about only 2 in midfield and surprised Giaccherini isn't in. Time for AJ to step up. If we can get any sort of Service to the forwards will give us a great chance
