Well kind of im going to try and change it though but keep getting invalid file and or too large

It seems smaller than the other avatars

Have you got Microsoft Office Picture Manager? If so, you can resize it using that <ok>
 
Got microsoft office, went in tools and went in clip organizer?

I cant **** about with it now, already wasted majority of morning

I'll have a look later

Its fine loading up just straight from internet as long as picture is v small which restricts me heavily on what i can have

Load the picture using Picture Editor. Select "Edit Pictures" on the top toolbar. A navigation bar on the right will appear. Select "resize". Use the options to resize it. I usually just use the percentage option but since you have set dimension for a avatar, just type one of the sizes <ok>
