If we get five prizes, I'd still say the Alphabetti Spaghetti Bowl can be just for pride. I like the idea of the Marathonbet Trophy being for the highest single week score. Not sure how easy that is for me to track though, I gave up on tracking weekly scores in week 2!

I have also experienced my annual computer meltdown, so can't access my schedule file at the moment. Really should back up more regularly...

Forgot to ask Surly... can you include the dates the cups finish? I'll put in a prize request with dates (plus it would be nice to get them at the end of each competition before the end if the season). A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush if you know what I mean....

I've got a feeling you can track points by gameweek...but you have to look at each individual team each gameweek (unless you have a nifty points file download). We could jut ask everyone to tell us their highest gameweek score to date (I think it will be Enter the Frei for this GW as that team currently has 90 points). That way, we've all got a goal and a bit if excitement to beat that score each week.

Take a bit of timeout and see if you can work your magic with the schedule file, then let us all know. I think we could all do with a welcome distraction of our current form!

I think whoever wins the league (which clearly isn't going to be me this year!) should get the biggest prize, followed by all the cup winners. I like the idea of a prize for the highest single gameweek score if there are any left over after that.

Agreed Captain (if only I had £1 for every time I said that about one f your posts)!

I'm quietly confident we'll get enough prizes to cover all cup winners. Plus the chap at Marathonbet lived the idea of naming a cup after then for the highest single GW score. I'd imagine Ciall Nonnolly's XI set a benchmark and target for us to beat this GW with an almighty 104 points! Let me know if anyone has beaten that score in previous gameweeks.

I'm keen to confirm the prizes for each cup soon. There'll be a major stewards enquiry and falling out if this doesn't happen and I win 2 season tickets for winning the Cottage Cup and the other winners get a biro each! I'll email my contact next week and see if we can confirm things.

    Major congratulations to Ciall Nonnolly's XI on joining the 100 club, perhaps we also need an official name for this most prestigious club ..... I would like to propose the Gordon Davies 100 club. 7 players have scored more than a hundred goals for our beloved club;

    Gordon Davies 178
    Johnny Haynes 158
    Bedford Jezzard 154
    Jim Hammond 151
    Graham Legget 134
    Arthur Stevens
    Steve Earle 108

Whilst reaching the magic 100 points in fantasy football does not quite reach the magnitude of getting 100 plus goals for Fulham, for the modern fan it is a pretty impressive achievement and should be celebrated. So, Mr Connolly should have his name amongst that list and all those who follow in his footsteps.

I have to admit I completely forgot to change my team for these games and had I put Suarez as captain I too would have cracked the 100 mark !!!! Gutted

Congratulations on everybody joining the one hundred club, it has been the holy grail for me for a few seasons now! To achieve this in a game week when everybody only plays once is impressive.

in terms of a prize for the highest weekly prize are we going to include weeks when clubs have two fixtures, there is normally a couple of these a season where scores are very high?

Let's be generous with what qualifies: 100pts is 100pts, and an impressive feat however it comes about. Why look for reasons not to celebrate success?

Yep. There's plenty of gameweeks left, including some that will have more than the standard 10 games. This is a good thing as it leaves the competition wide open! For those languishing at the bottom that think they may be out if the running for the league and other cups, there's a good opportunity to strategically use their wildcards on a mega-gameweek to try and beat the high score!

Wow I just noticed I'm somehow up to 5th in the table, having been slumming it out around the bottom for the majority of the season. That 104 last week made a huge difference, thank you Suarez.

Congrats FulhamIreland. Not only did that impressive GW score of 104 push you up the league, but it's put you in pole position to win the Marathonbet Cup (prize tbc). Scroll up for details and bundles of deserved praise for your magnificent score!

Surlyc, hopefully I'll be having a beer with the chap from Marathonbet before the Sunderland match in 3 weeks time; main objective to sort out prizes. If you get a chance over Xmas, can you guesstimate approx dates each competition will end? We might be able to get tickets to home matches and a few other decent prizes.

These are the competitions I've said we're running this season:

    Fantasy Football League Winner
    Fantasy Football Runner-up
    Steve Sidwell Shield
    Cottage Cup
    Alphabetti Spaghetti Bowl
...and of course the newly created Marathonbet Trophy!

Not a problem Frogman, Surly's the main man - I just schmooze the sponsor!

Surly - I've just emailed our Marathonbet contact trying to arrange a hook up on Sat. Did you have a chance over Xmas to workout the dates for the cups?
