An interesting interview from King Kev, explaining to Geordies that he can't get Newcastle near the big four. because 'i haven't got enough money.'

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Ah3YlZqwwQ&feature=related

That's a bit rich (pun!) considering he spent more money during the 90's than any English club, yet still couldn't deliver a single trophy.

Sadly he's the type of manager who's only method of team building is spend spend spend, and has convinced Geordies that the only thing relative to success is expenduture on transfer fees. He's a manager who doesn't have the ability to work within the limitations of his squad to get results.

Given this, it seems very strange that he was appointed during the Mike Ashley era, an era of financial prudence at Newcastle.

Presumably living in the South-West, how did you start supporting a club 180 miles away?

how does that make us geordies deluded? none of us have expectations of champions league football. comments from kevin keegan have nothing to do with expectations. he was just saying it how it is/was.

you point out any body on this forum that thinks we should spend higher than neccessary and ill show you a fake account. we love it when we get players like cabaye for 4-5mil, and we arent bothered if its 10mil or 15 mil, as long as it proves value for money

so no. your arguement is invalid

It's rather interesting that in his very 4th post on this site he decides to come over to the Newcastle board. Sounds like obsession to me

Gulas [goulash] originally hungarian food, but became, in it's many variations, a czech one, or maybe I should say an Eastern European one.

    You need (approx. 5 servings):

    - 2lbs(1kg) very lean, nice beef (libove hovezi maso), cubed into about one inch (2cm) chunks
    - 2lbs (1kg) of yellow onions (cibule), chopped, it could be less, depending on your tastes
    - garlic (cesnek), again, use as much a you like, but for this amount, you should use at least 5 cloves, finely chopped
    - 3 tablespoons of paprika spice (paprika), hungarian dark red sweet paprika, available in the USA also, use more if you want
    - 1 1/2 teaspoon of whole marjoram (majoranka)
    - 1 1/2 teaspoon of caraway seeds (kmin)
    - pepper to taste (pepr)
    - salt to taste (sul)
    - water
    - flower (mouka)

    Optional, but not neccessary ingredients:
    - 6 large cubed Yukon gold potatoes (in USA), or whatever kind you find in stores in Praha (brambory)
    - 2 cubed tomatoes (rajcata)
    - 1 bell pepper, chopped (paprika)
    - hot sauce or Tabasco
    Preparation:
Cube or chop all you can, in a large pot (this is a large amount of food you will be making...) saute onions and garlic untill onions start to be golden and fall apart.

Add meat, fry for about 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, marjoram, caraway seeds and paprika and saute for another 3 minutes. If you want, at this point add Tobasco, tomatoes and bell pepper. Or add only potatoes.Remember, this will increase the amount of foor you are making significantly, bringing it up to about 7-8 servings.
If the sauce forms and is too thick, add a bit of water to loosen up. If it is too watery, add a teaspoon of flower mixed with a bit of water to thicken. Repeat until the consistency of the sauce is as desired. Flavour to taste with more of paprika, marjoram, caraway seeds, salt and pepper.

Serve with bread dumplings (houskove knedliky), available in Czech only, unless you make them yourself, shaped pasta (kolinka), potato dumplings (bramborove knedliky-you can get them in a powder form, even in the USA, KUHNE Potatoe Dumplings), potatoes (unless you added them in already, or simply dark bread (cerny chleba). Or for a more German version serve with potatoe pancakes (bramborove placky) slathered with apple sauce (jablecna presnidavka-baby food section).

Dissapointed at the level of skill/effort from this 'wum'. Seeing the title 'deluded geordies' I thought I was in for a bit of a laugh, only to be let down by this pathetic excuse of an article. Try harder next time.

When I was a lad in short pants and fanny was a girl's name the quality of wumming was far superior, especially on the sabbath.

I blame the decline of pre church Sunday schools for the poor grasp of piss taking we're seeing these days.
