you are talking when Rooney was in form some years ago.. he is inconsistent atm .. lucky for him that without RVP, the rest of Strikers are just sh!t
he is older too now to run around all over the pitch and expect him still to be as sharp upfront
no wonder why he lost way too much balls today and had great chance to score and some how he mess it up
he is may be equal to Ramsey scoring wise, but take out his goals from penalties and he is behind him .. that is our best striker atm behind Ramsey
agree on Evra, and it shows the lack of threat from the rest of players .. just imagine Evra getting injured now

The amount of **** you spout is currently unrivaled. the only hope you have is Matts ban is lifted and he can then claim how we might win the Champions League or how we will 'win this'.

Rooney is the sole shining light this season. Hes been a level above in almost every game we have played.

Evra is poor, I wouldnt mind seeing the fabled Fabio get a game, he will offer the same going forward but more defensively. As great a servant Pat has been hes a liability.

Not arsed tbf, its easy to see from this thread who are true Utd supporters, those that are spitting dummies out should take a leaf out of Ruff's book, he went through the "bad time" when we were top dogs and appreciated the cups that came your way and his loyalty was rewarded handsomely when Fergie's plans came to fruition.

Dig in and prepare for the long haul and maybe a turbulent few years.<ok>

I'm sorry but with the way the game has changed sitting back and just accepting how bad things might get because 40 years ago things were even worse isnt going to help.

Look at yourselves, 20 odd years of mediocrity. Not one Liverpool fan would state they are pleased with that time frame. You have demanded managers be sacked, slated player after player and criticised everything about the club at one time or another. It didnt make you better or worse supporters. You all stuck with it just like United fans will but your opinions were voiced, loud and clear.

Are united fans spoilt? of course. Are we wrong to be concerned? Not at all. Is it an over reaction? Perhaps but its also warranted.

Being a true supporter means supporting your team through the good and the bad. it doesnt mean accepting it. That just means you are stupid.

I think RvP and Suarez have played the same number of games now. RvP hasnt played v Norwich though, who are frankly a laughing stock.

All being well we'll nick a draw when we face them <ok>

Deal. So how much do you reckon a 5-5 draw is worth?

You're chatting pure **** UIR, where the **** have you conjured up 40 years from?,pre Fergie and early years Fergie wasn't 40 years ago mate and btw since our last title win every cup win(count them there's been loads)have been cherished, because we've learn't the hard way that nothing lasts forever and that even after all these years without the title we love our club and will support them no matter what.<ok>

It was ****e 30 years ago and it was ****e 40 years ago. The game has changed since then. The time frame is irrelevant. Football is nothing like then.

United were a cup team much like liverpool are now. Those cup wins would have been cherished. The closest . Got was my vhs collection way back in the day and the 90 cup final.

I wonder how fans reacted to busbys replacement(s) though and those that followed. Were they accepting?

    Kopite

Your team are piss poor when you come up against a decent team.

Worst team we have played at the KC stadium this season..

    :)

The game might have changed but a supporters love of his/her club hasn't, I remember every Utd manager since Sir Matt and I remember the players, but whether the game changes or not success can't be guaranteed and the sooner Utd supporters start thinking in those terms the likes of tonight's result won't be as much of a shock.
