Poor Fulham. Two ridiculously good long shots.

Holtby has saved our arse. Mind you, it's about time he did something.

Another superb save by Stekelenberg. Riise totally lost track of Lennon and where the ball was. Hope he's having more luck in his Misfits covers band.

A NON offside against Defoe has saved AVB for another week.

Very naive from Townsend trying to kill it off. Put the ball out, run the clock down and we get the ball back.

So much wrong with that performance, yet we take all three points. Fulham can feel very hard done by, but that's what happens to teams when they're struggling for points, unfortunately.
If they keep playing with that sort of spirit, then they'll be alright.

Winning 2-1 away always sounds a good result. This was a good result, in the end. It could have been far worse.

Did AVB make a couple of good subs to win the game? I'll let you guys pick the bones out of that.

Certainly not with the chadli sub! I think I saw him touch the ball once. It was a hideous pass that senderos intercepted.

Again it was a team, formation and performance that just leaves you scratching your head. Yes we won but can we realistically continue to play this way for the rest of the season and expect any kind of progress?

The only defence for Twattenberg on the Vlad goal is he could argue no way that
Defoe could have got clear of the shot (though the GK seemed to be momentarily
    distracted by him) .

But regardless of his dodgy tactics, crap football and generally poorly thought out decisions, his teams pick up points and we're currently 3 points off 4th, One minute we think Avb is on his way out and the next he is saving himself more time. Thats why I think he will last the season and when he fails again to get top four, a new manager will arrive in the summer.

Just to interrupt the putting the boot in even though we won discussion for a minute, I don't know much about Senderos, but is he a dirty player? The part where he pushed Dawson over then went to try and kick the ball through him when he was on the floor. Also when Verts got injured it seemed he was reaching for Verts ankle as he went past to bring him down and if he actually got hold of it seems to have contributed to the injury. The booking he got was neither here nor there as a lot of players would have done the same. What's the verdict on him?

Well done Fulham you deserved at least a draw.
Two good, if not freakish goals saved AVB for the moment.
We will all have to endure this painful suffocating football for longer.
