I'm against faux grief...en masse but if aldo says he's effected then I believe him, however this is not the place to advertise it...

Well he and a couple of others on here take enough abuse over their marriage or relationship break ups. There's also at least 1 on here who gets it abput his dead parent. Tell you what Aldo - write a thtead about what is and is not out of bounds and we'll all then see if youre a hypocrite or writing the rules to suit yourself.
Exactly Dan...this is a faceless internet forum

Agreed.

However, I was under the impression that family was off limits. Especially in tragic circumstances.

Basically you're all ****s and I'll see yees all in hell.

That too was my understanding. Aldo said someone he knew had died, he was not looking for nor expecting sympathy, he was simply talking about it openly.

Personally at that time I decided would not engage in humour under such circumstances. Maybe people missed the fact that Aldo was affected, maybe some saw it as a chance to have a laugh at his expense? I don't know in all truth but i'm a pretty sick individual at times and I have a twisted sense of humour but enough's enough, someone lock this thread before it gets any nastier. If that's possible.

****, we agree.

To the bunker!

few try hards

Aye, no half.

I got kind of annoyed on this thread early doors. I normally ignore threads like this like the plague. I do realise this is the GC and people like to make jokes about babies being raped and all, but it's not really for me. This is not some attempt to take the moral high ground I just don't do the disaster joke thing.

I said this on the chatbox , but in reflection I should not have posted on this thread. I drink (drank) in the pub and I know a couple of folk that died in it. Not close friends, but I knew them to say hello to. The reason I lost it was because Aldo had already mentioned about his wifes loss up on the Rangers boards and then on here. I wasn't trying to be hypocritical as I don't post things on these type of threads normally. It wasn't beel it was disgust that prompted my outburst. This should be locked now really . I'm sure something else must have happened that those who wish to can make similar comments on.
