Dembele injured? Strange decision otherwise but I'm looking forward to seeing Capoue again, we haven't had many chances to run the rule over him so far and this'll be a good test for him. Glad Defoe's starting, I think he has to feel the chances will open up for him with Soldado struggling and with the way we're zipping the ball across the face of goal from out wide I'm sure he can steal infront of defenders and knock them goalwards. Not sure about Lamela on the left though, starting to think Townsend's being overlooked for a reason now.
I'm keeping my mouth shut on this line up as Fulham are a shambles and if we manage to perform half decent we should win, but in the long term we're always going to be a nearly team (in our quest for top four) if our manager doesn't understand players need to develop an understanding and that only happens if they are given the chance to form an understanding. not drop players game by game.
I'm not happy with that line-up at all. Looks completely unbalanced and lacking in both creativity and width, especially if Lennon's on the left. The bench looks totally wonky, too.
Looking at Fulham's line up they've got quite an attacking set up and I'm a bit worried by their front 4 to be honest, I think we should be over running them in midfield though as Karagounis and Parker are getting on.
