Sordell, Jackson and Green on for Church, Stephens and Evina

Stewart goes to the left, Jacko in the middle.

You might as well get the points deduction out the way for going into admin. You are going down and god forbid you get double jeopardy like we did.

Wiggins' shot deflects off an offside Sordell on its way in, so it's disallowed.

The subs have made a difference, but we're still struggling to create chances.

McAnuff drags one wide for Reading.

    4 minutes added time.

Blackman on, McCleary off for Reading.

He hasn't been fully fit for ages, Mike, and should never have played against QPR and Ipswich. He is too determined for his own good, our Jacko.

Time for a prolonged rest, methinks.

Charlton break, Green shoots over the top from 25 yards when he had other options.

    Full time 1-0

A rallying performance, but we can't score. Again.

Look forward to hearing from those who were there.

Better than Sordell, and would give us another option to PUNT IT FORWARD TOO :p but nah, he's in form, might as well do it, as long as we do play him and don't just recall him to bench him. Allows Kermit to have a rest too as Smith can play the target man.

Reading's squad is as strong as anything we'll come up against in this league...

At least three of their subs tonight would walk into our first team.

That my friends is the fundamental difference.

With the squad/budget we have and the fact we're struggling for goals (and creativity too it must be said), like it or not we are in a mini league within the
Championship in order to preserve our status. This for me will be the case until such time as we are able to bring in a better calibre of player.

Just my thoughts for what its worth.
