Even if true, a one off league game will almost never be as important as a C.L semi. But then I think you know that already.
That's why I said 'will almost never', do try and keep up. I suspect the Barca game you have quoted wasn't all that important in the scheme of things. The attempt to undermine our achievement that night is comical though, Matth like in fact.
I don`t think anybody is trying to do this, all we are pointing out is that it is not one of the greatest CL achievements of all time as has been suggested.
I think it is one of them but plenty of contenders for top spot. I think at half time betting we were something like 8-1 to go through even though at that point we were still going thru on away goals - basically given no realistic chance of holding out for the 2nd half. Before Ramieres goal we'd must have been about double them odds.
