Well, it's my birthday on Thursday so I'm hoping for a double present this week. 1-1 tomorrow v Chelsea and a sneaky 1-0 on Saturday v the Spuds. Out of the bottom 3 by 7.20pm Saturday?
Sunderpitt, I am not for one minute saying we have cracked it mate but the fact I can genuinely see light at the end of a once very dark tunnel and actually have the hope and belief that we indeed could get out of the bottom 3 places this weekend, that tells me just how far we have come under Gus. For a bottom of the league team to travel away (to a ground they were thumped 6-1 on their last visit only 8 months ago) and dominate huge parts of the game and create the best 3 or 4 chances of the game is amazing after our season so far. Chelsea wont be playing a weakened side up here tomorrow and they know that their task is a very hard one now compared to what it would have been 6 or 7 weeks ago. That's the bit that fills me with hope.
Chelsea will have our performance against Man.City in.the back of their minds.. We've got a real shot at making.the Sol a fortress again that teams fear. Of course that could all go out of the window if we get humped off Jose.
4 minutes ago @YoungSunEcho Oscar and David Luiz out of tomorrow's game. Samuel Eto'o could feature ‪#‎SAFC‬
If Gus picks this team then we may have a chance, Mannone, Bardsley, O'Shea, Brown, Dossena, Ki, Colback, Cattermole, Borini, Giaccherini, Altidore. If he picks the same team from Saturday then we will get beat easy so let's see what you got Gus.
It can happen (we can get out of the bottom 3 with 6 points), but either Cardiff will need to lose against both Stoke and Crystal Palace or Stoke will need to loose against Cardiff and Chelsea -> Stoke losing both games is more likely imo. We could also get out of the bottom three if Stoke or Cardiff draw their game, but we would have to beat both Chelsea and Spurs by an average of 4 goals each - I'd love to see it, but I'm more likely to wil the euromillions than that happening
so who do you think picks the team So, we may 'have a chance' eh? <another facepalm> O'Shea will likely be rested imo having hobbled around the last 10 minues at Villa. Cattermole? Interesting you select him, you have always maintained we lose when we play him and have told us numerous times that you think he's crap ... and you think the same team that played so well away from home against Villa will be beaten at home. Thank you for playing Weakest Link, you are a challenged individual, goodbye.
He also wants to play Ki, who just doesn't cut the mustard for him. Not good enough apparently but he's play him
Let's put this mug to bed lads, Gus picks the ****ing team & in my opinion if Gus picks the same team from Saturday then we will get beat. the team was slow & weak. if Gus picks the team what I said then we have a chance because it's got pace & power in it. O'Shea will play & I pick Cattermole because he does well against the bigger clubs. his the type of player you need against teams like Chelsea. Cattermole is a crap footballer but we playing Chelsea not Stoke. different players for different teams thick ****.
Have we not? Last time I looked we had 7 cm's at our disposal. Ki, Cabral, Larsson, Gardner, Colback, Ba and Catts. You clearly can't count. Who's the thick **** now?
LOL Not one class player there tho. Midfield is our problem & I tell you now not many of them will be here next season.
Na bollocks to that, Just last week you said to me to play Colback and Catts and drop Ki, you're full of ****e as per. I'm going to stop talking to you now and hope everyone else does too because you're making my match thread look untidy. please log in to view this image
Where did I say that? come on let's see it little man? stop talking to me LOL I'm so sad about that like. run to the mods little boy.
