Mate. Only a couple of months ago, she said she couldn't see a future in the relationship. My youngest told me she thinks he's going to propose to her. She's waiting for the result of her Master's, is in the middle of doing a PGCE and if she gets a distinction for her Master's, is intending to do a PhD. She's too young and his mother's a horrible **** Mind you, he thinks she is as well

 

You ask this why?

 

Just a feeling.......

 

It was only about eighteen months prior to my eldest being born that me and my mrs split up. We were apart for about eight weeks and neither of us wanted anything to do with the other but remained distant friends. We got talking again after her grandma passed away and she wanted somebody to talk to. We have a third kid on the way now! (not sure if that's going to cheer you up about it or not now )

 

I'm glad it all worked out, but it has **** all relevance to my post

I have all the way through, saint. I know she'll do the right thing in the end. He's OK and he is a Red, so it could be worse. I just want her on the road to a financially stable career, utilising her intellectual capabilities. He does have a decent job with the Environment Agency, so it could be a lot worse. Her first boyfriend (who deflowered her) was a ****ing jock
