Co struggling, basically 15% back dated to beginning of November, Dec and Jan. Each month

My sales averages have actually gone up over the past 1/4 but I cant not be on a reduction when others are

Subject to small print, yes. A letter can be used as an extension to a contract but it can't pre-date the contract or devalue it terms without both parties agreement, even then its not black & white. Basically, their letter is asking you for a temporary loan (sort of).

Yeah, he stated in the office to everyone hes given ppl subs on their wages over the years and now hes sort of asking for one from us so that loan bit makes sense <ok>

I'm not drinking until the weekend. Thanksgiving was chalk full of wholesome food and a ton of alcohol. Still feeling it!

I have thirty of them! Well, had thirty, got about twenty-four left now <ok>

(I got them on Friday or Saturday)
