When did fhe CTWD committee call for potch invasions? Can you provide a link to any post where they do so? If not stop posting rubbish.
He didn't say CTWD threatened a pitch invasion. There was a rumour going around that there would be one at 19 minutes and he mentioned it as a way of saying we impressed him with what we actually did today.
Yes his inspirational 'They can die as soon as they want' and 'Hooligans' speech must have fired up SB & the lads on the eve of this important game. Just what they needed.
Hull City manager Steve Bruce on protests against club owner Assem Allam: "I understand that it is about history and tradition but the one thing that we cannot allow is for it to fester and become an issue. "I think that because of what the owner said earlier in the day the atmosphere was terrific today, but I don't think that he did that deliberately! "I think that this club would not be here without the owner. It it has rumbled on but it has to come to happy conclusion. I am happy to speak to the owner and give him my opinion, but as I said earlier if he wants us to play in pink fairy dresses then he is entitled to that view."
He's only responsible for the good stuff, entirely. And he's never responsible for the bad stuff, at all. What a guy...
You have a very short memory, think back to before we had SB and the players, who do you reckon acquired them? That's right, AA.
By the same argument so are those that collected money to pay the electric bills because without them there would have been nothing for Adam Pearson to pick up or Bartlett or Assem Allam. When we where down nobody but the fans saved us. Yes we give him credit for saving us from liquidation but don't pretend he was the first or only one to do it. After today he needs to think about where he wants to take this club. He could make a start by saying we'll remain Hull City, come and help me make us an established Premier League team.
They wanted the club so they could get the ground and the land around it on the cheap. Now they can't they've got no interest in spending a bean and they want out.
Exactly. He saved us from liquidation. Then he invested in the manager and the players and that is why we are where we are.
