Getting beat at ****ty Hull City who needed an own goal and playing against 9 men to beat us.

Liverpool are as far away today from the champions league as they ever have been. They are a better than average but no better EPL team. Top 4 already sorted IMO and the bin dippers won't be there in May.

You seem quite happy! This is a disastrous result for Sunderland. Could hurt us more than it hurts Liverpool.

They're still in the top 4 after today... I have no idea how you can seriously propose to predict an entire Premier League season based on one result. Arsenal got twatted off Villa at home on the first day and look at them now? Liverpool will still be there or there abouts at the end of the season.

I honestly think they are a one man team. Suarez is a superb player but think its Sturridge who makes him and them tick.

Happy? Ironic laughter that Liverpool have been beaten 3-1 and their fans still think they are a top 4 side. They are not. Hull will definately be there at the wrong end of the table come May - along with us in all probability.

Its my opinion sunshine and mine alone. I DON'T think they will be top 4 at all and I'll even predict they wont be top 7 as I think the Southampton, Mags and Everton have better teams to name but 3. Without Suarez or Sturridge they are distinctly ordinary. An injury to one or both will end their season at a stroke.

Anyone hear the commentators mention the beach ball again. I wonder how many times Sturridges handball (which is a player cheating mot a simple mistake) will be mentioned in 3 or 4 years? Oh that's right. They've already forgotten

I used to like and respect Liverpool FC in years gone by but I do giggle to see them struggle now.

I think Rodgers is a dickhead and reds fans the bitterest of once were fans.

Watching the Chelsea v Southampton game ( great game btw) and you see potential champions in Chelsea that tou just don't in Liverpool.

0-1 down at half time and struggling, they have just ramped it up a couple of gears and gone 2-1 up and look like getting a third with every attack.

    3-1 eventually.

Chelsea will be a huge handful on Wednesday night.

Chelsea have done nothing to set the league alight this year at all. They're still only a couple of games from top spot though. If they carry on going about their business quietly I fancy them to win it.

Arsenal are doing it in style and grace whereas Chelsea are grinding them into submission with power play and Man City are simply destroying teams by scoring shed loads of goals.......well, apart from when they play the really top sides like us that is? Lol

Man Utd will be top 4 but may just get 4th by the end of the season to the above mentioned teams. I think it may boil down to City's 4 or 5 top class strikers that tips the balance in their favour come May. They have the options in reserve for injuries and suspensions kicking in second half of the campaign. I don't see either Arsenal, Chelsea or Utd having anywhere near that strength in depth.

    Liverpool absolutely don't.
