I already mentioned the same on the match thread today. I see Derby are thrashing Wigan today, he was clearly improving us when he got the Derby job, I can see them launching a serious promotion bid in the 2nd half of the season...
More knee jerk clueless bollocks. We weren't playing well when we had Stcheeve ,history is getting rewritten. We were getting away with it, yesterday we didn't. That's football, wise the fck up!
Three posts, three lots of abuse....well done fella..Keep it up (Insert 'fist making shaking motion' smiley)
We were conceding plenty of chances though, like I say, getting away with it. We were 10x worse at Yeovil with Stcheeve, but got away with it unlike yesterday. If you're looking for a reason for our stuttering form, it's injuries, that's what's killing us ,not losing a coach.
I believe Steve McClaren was actually a big influence at our training ground, also at matches, observing play, inputting on tactics from the stands. He seemed to be able to install a confidence to achieve amongst certain players (e.g. Hoilett). An excellent 3-1 away victory for Derby at Wigan today. He's obviously been able to get an on paper, quite average squad, playing some great football. Quite the sage managerial change from Clough Jnr.
You don't know nuffink about football....................................................................unless its Thursday
If we're missing him so much, why have we played our best football of the season since he's left? Ps Flyer knows less than fck all, I was joking!
