41 - The oldest player in the Football League (and before the other day the only one older than 40) Maybe West Ham have been so **** because Fat Sam's been too busy managing Southend? Now they're in the automatics he can go back to the day job for a bit.
No mention of squirrels at Scunthorpe. Sad, really. Apparently there was some nutters there wearing costumes.
Bloody hell, how tight is the top of League Two? 1 Oxford Utd - 34 pts 2 Chesterfield - 33 pts 3 Southend - 33 pts ------------------------ 4 Scunthorpe - 33 pts 5 Rochdale - 33 pts 6 Burton - 33 pts 7 Fleetwood - 32 pts
They even gave Scunny a second look and mentioned the return of Knill - but no mention of the squirrels. I could have been in bed ages ago.
Well you would be wrong. It was mentioned at the time on Soccer Saturday and you could see them clapping on the screen behind at the time.
Apparently there were no squirrel costumers left in Scunny. Now I don't know how many there'll have been to start with, but still...
Are you one of those Hull folk who have never travelled anywhere? Go to Leeds or Birmingham or a lot of other places and hear people of all hues and backgrounds speaking just like the locals. Not to mention London. Don't you watch TV?
Fair enough, I was at work today so I didn't watch it. The stands looked too empty to me after the first goal to be from then. I just can't understand clapping an oppo goal that makes it 1 0. I think if we were 4 0 up or something and they scored an absolute worldy I might clap, but even then it would depend on the circumstances.
What kind of ignorant mong are you? You said something similar the other day, to which I replied, I'm from Leicester, and you went quiet. Yes multicultural Leicester. I've never heard a black man with a Geordie accent or an Irish accent. It's just something I think would seem strange. Have you ever heard a white man speak like a native African, jamaican, Indian, or Arab? I've heard all 4 of those. Just doesn't fit together right. I'm fully aware there will be black people from Newcastle and Ireland speaking with the local accents, before you go off on a tangent. I know what you're like.
