If anyone was wondering - I tried to move the posts from Leon's original to a separate thread as Chazz requested. But I realised I'd bitten off more than I could chew and it would have taken hours due to me coming into this so late. I bit the bullet and merged them back together. That's why there's now a new thread on the board which redirects to this one.
Leon - I completely agreed with your original point that people are happy to moan about CTWD but can't offer a valid argument why. But I don't agree with your argumentative stance on it tonight. Just demand a valid argument from anyone trying to make assertions without one and if you don't get one they're obviously wrong. All these arguments are pointless. Chazz - not sure if I've missed it but I can't see a response from you to either of my direct responses to your OP.
Unfortunately, the pro name changers cannot put a coherent argument together to actually challenge. But if you're suggesting that all other arguments are pointless and the people accord then you're going to have an empty forum with the odd bit of team news/attendance predictions.

It's a self esteem issue I think. The issue they have appears to be with the group, rather than their ideas. I believe they see it as some sort of self-declared elitism, an exclusive club of passionate fans going above and beyond your average fan. That, if you feel inadequate anyway, will feel threatening. People of low self esteem will naturally feel that they do not qualify to join the 'club', and so rather than do something about their low confidence, they take snidey swipes at it and console themselves that way. They tell themselves it's bad,, so as to deflect the harsher reality at hand - their issues with themselves. We've all felt it before. We've all had moments of fragility where you feel you don't belong. What do you do? Give in to it and become embittered? Or rise to the challenge? Become better, stronger and more confident. Do whatever it takes, it's so much better than being angry all the time and threatened by popular or influential people/groups. Join a gym, go on a diet, read some books...whatever's good for you. Craig and Happy most obviously display these traits. Their posts are laced with bitterness, bitchiness and aggression - it's a mask for their own self-loathing. Chazz, I think, is just on a wind-up. If you oppose CTWD and their ideas, then that's your prerogative, but if you really think it and are confident in your opinion, then you wouldn't ever get angry. You'd continue to debate, secure in the knowledge that you truly believe it. Maybe it harks back to some sort of past memory or event? A rejection at school or cubs or the prom? That familiar feeling of unworthiness. "It's because they're bad, not because my negativity and anger is so unattractive". Look at it again, make those harsh self-criticisms, and move on up. this is what i started the thread with and I repeatedly asked people to stick to the OP. Not my fault they couldnt. Shame I wanted to gauge how people felt. On here i agree it was 90 or 99% against but now its coming to the crunch how do you think it will go? No need for all the **** but some seemed to want deflect away from that.

You made that post and I've answered it twice but you seem to have ignored it? Did you want a response or were you just hoping for a reason to have a dig at CTWD? Party - you're at least partly right. There's definitely some on here who hate the idea of other fans being seen as important.
I've posted enough times i cant be arsed to argue about CTWD. I wanted to gauge peoples thoughts on a positive number and on taking that to Mr Allam. Plus the problem of how many are season ticket holders. If youve answered that good for ya, its not just you this board ya know!! If you want to post stuff start a thread and i'll come on if it interests me.
