Gentleman Jim is asking all the right questions... What next? Missed opportunity against Swansea,we make West Ham look better than they are!

I think the time has come...,

    JOL OUT
    JOL OUT

That will be my starting line on Wednesday.

Putting it bluntly we are useless. There is no way we will stay in the premiership if we continue this way. No creativity in the middle of the park .... Still. Tarrabt looked lively but no one making any attempt to run in a forward direction. Put simply we are probably playing the worse football in the premiership and deserve to be in the bottom of the league. Disgraceful

    3-0!

From a team that had to sign Carton Cole from Job Centre? Disgrace!

Told you last week that we are worse than we were under Sanchez!

Apart from 3 players all the rest today were Jol's players. He is an incompetent idiot who is getting us relegated. If you can't see it, I'm sorry but you need to go to Specsavers.

And please don't come back with the budget constraints!!! Last year the majority here were talking about Dembele and Dempsey, this year the financial constraints. He had the same budget as Roy and the others. He blew it...

    Jol get lost

I was surprised to see how poor you were, you can count yourselves lucky we had the African Bendtner up front for most of the game, Carlton Cole would've probably had a hat-trick, and that pretty much sums up Fulham tbh, you seemed to be 2nd to every ball, if your players could be bothered to go for it at all, I feel sorry for you guys, been through that during the Grant era. I'm Pleased with the win though, we seemed to create a lot of chances, when we get AC back (if ever) we can push for top 10, if that's the way your team plays every week you need whole-sale changes.

You couldn't make it up..Richardson does his hamstring, Dembele pulls his hamstring too after 30 seconds.

Just heard Jol he wants to fight on...said the first goal killed us. How about we give it a try Martin? Having 1 shot helps. same old story week in week out.

    It's cringingly embarassing!

    Where was the 'Diamond' formation?

    Where was Dejagah?

Where was .... not worth going on. If you didn't think Jol had lost the plot, you do now.

Try and error. It's an iterative process but by the time you get the result you might have been relegated!

In Jol we trust.... To get us relegated.

Now I think I can understand why Spurs offloaded him. At least there he couldn't say no funds were available.

and Jol wants to fight on...look at the players...zero interest no effort where is the fight? Parker is a lone ranger out there. Defensively such a shambles. Both of our fullbacks are NOT fullbacks. Fernando is not a prem player i'm afraid. I expect more changes on Wednesday night, this is not a settled side. I like Duff but hes been injured comes back and he's straight in the starting side...it must baffle some of these players.

We were lucky at Sunderland, Palace didnt deserve to lose. We should be rock bottom.

Amorebieta is the weak link. If it was Senderos everybody will be on his back. Against Liverpool was all over the place. Against Swansea not much either.

Parker, Kasami, Kara are fighters. Sidwell too. Duff definitely. Kara and Duff don't have the legs.
Riether will be back. Suggest bring Zverotic to holding midfield alongside Parker and Boateng or Sidwell.

There are options but should have been tried long ago rather than insisting on Ruiz and Berba.

The thing that concerns me more than anything is that even with a new manager I struggle to see how we can rectify the situation. We simply do not have the players in the centre of the park to compete and to be creative. Yes we have creative players in Ruiz, Tarrabt, berbatov but they are not the creative work horses that we need to get us out of this mess.

I think we all agree that Jol brought these players in and they are not good enough but can a new manager get the same players to be better ? Richardson, Senderos, Amorebieta, can they become better defenders ? I doubt it. Sidwell, Boateng, Karagounis, are they going to suddenly learn how to be offensively creative ? I doubt it. Forget the fact none of our strikers or attacking midfielders are performing, if we cannot stop the opposition attacking we have no chance.

I am genuinely concerned with the situation we are in. It is going to take a brave man to come in and try to take on our squad, not too much to work with and a chairman who does not know the premier league.

Just on the way back now from another disappointing performance and result. Richardson is another weak link and unfortunately Duff just can't do it still.

A few Jol outs at the end of the game but interesting that Kasami signalled to hush it down.
Not sure what to make of that. Anyway very poor again.

For goodness sake how long do we supporters have to put up with this incompetent excuse for a football manager.
we need imediatly someone who can motivate and clear out Jols pets, yes we have time to turn it around but a real
manager has to be in place by Christmas
"stats" 3 more defeats he has then overtaken Sanches,if Mo was here he would have gone weeks ago.

Certainly agree. Mo would have sent him packing weeks ago.

I take my hat off to you, COYW. The Club doesn't deserve your loyalty.

I'm surprised any of our fans had the will at the end to even muster a few boos.

Also saw Hughes trying to calm the fans down after, but the problem for me was neither Richardson or Zverotic could handle Downing or Jarvis and left the Center backs exposed. Think Duff was there to back Richardson up in defense but that didn't work and same with Kasami backing up Zverotic. The only players who had a good game were Stekelenberg and Taarabt but even he needs to be taught when to release the ball, the rest were a shambles, Parker tried but was just overwhelmed. Dembele only came on when all was lost and looked like he tweeked his hamstring on the very first run he did. For me I was disappointed that we let the last goals in, as our goal difference is getting way too large, and acts as a negative when teams are on the same points.

What is this ridiculous line that Jol has started to come out with now - "The team played well in training". Well I am sure we are all delighted with that news Martin. It's just on match days that play like a load of complete ****ers then, is it?

Share your concerns Froggy. However I do believe that a new man can do something with the current squad. A change in culture and system would work wonders.

Take one small example. When West Ham lost to Chelsea a week ago what did Allerdyce do? Had them in training on Sunday. When we lost to Swansea what did Jol do? Nothing. It was the same old "chill out" for a couple of days.

The continual chopping and changing by Jol - players, positons, system et al - must be unsettling. We all praise Roy, and in particular because the players knew not only their own job but that of the others. Get consistency in the set-up and it could all be vey different.
