You can see why redknapp doesnt do tactics. Everything is so hesitant because they arent taught what to do. A good manager would have this team top by some distance, instead we look like a relegation side.

The manager, he needed someone like McLaren to take the training and do the tactics. If we get results, its despite what Redknapp does, not because of it. ie going 451 at HT against Charlton and them proceeding to make them look like brazil, it took him 35 mins to realise it was a mistake when I could have told him before he made the move.
