So why do teams insist on parking the bus against other teams all the time?

I just realized, and I could be wrong, but since 2008, every team that has knocked Barca out of the CL has won the CL. We knocked them out in 08, they won in 09, Inter knocked them out in 2010, they won in 2011, Chelsea knocked them out in 2012, and Bayern knocked them out in 2013.
