    Ramsey didn't leave us, he was sold because DJ didn't know what a decent footballer was.

    If DJ had started him in the Cup Final, many think (inc me) that we'd have beaten Pompey.

    The sad fact was that as well as being underated by Jones, he was sold by Ridsdale for the dosh we needed to keep the wolves away.

    Wenger got a steal for £5M - but we got a lifeline at the time. Still say the Riddler should have played Arsenal, Man U and Everton against each other for a while to push the price up, but how far away were we from financial meltdown when he snatched Arsenal's hand off?
