The punctuation would imply, to someone even with a superficial knowledge of English, that it was a question. In terms of syntax, there’s nothing wrong with it either: it's correctly punctuated, correct tense and both subject and verb agree. I’d hazard that your knowledge of English grammar is as strong as your personality.
