The site's been playing up this morning, I've tried re-posting the details, but it won't let me post anything on that thread, I'll try again.
I don't usually have the need to respond to your posts but I have to make an exception in this case. If you cannot understand from the official message put out by the club how they are attempting to minimise the potential damage to their 'yes' campaign, from bearers of overly large banners or flags then maybe you really are as stupid as has been previously suggested.
Offensiveness has a different barometer for everybody. Will Dr Allam find my 20ft by 20ft banner of him superimposed on to Kim Jong Il offensive? Impossible for us to say. Personally, I think if he has a sense of humour he'll be lapping it up. Guess we'll find out on Sunday!!

You do realise what that logo was for dont you? There was no renaming involved, it was a new company so it's of no relevance.
Just to clarify, because I have a different opinion to you and support CTWD it does not mean I am a muppet. You on the other hand sound like a very spiteful vindictive hateful kind of person. (right thats that off my chest)
How many flags have you seen with that on? And how is a normal chequered flag bought some years ago from the club shop offensive? Irrespective if it has HCAFC on it. Flag day my arse.
Not exactly, it was CityImage that launched it and they were a public/private sector partnership, but the aim was to rebrand Hull and it was funded by Hull City Council, as was the cost of going back to the three crowns*. As the blurb at the time was very similar to the current tosh, so I'd say VERY relevant. Aren't they coronets, only being crowns when they're worn?
I never referred to CTWD as muppets, I referred to the muppet from CI as a muppet. If that's you, then yeah, you're a muppet, if not, then...not sure if you're just being offended on behalf of that muppet or not. LOL at your description of me with your nasty attack on me over something I never said. Next?
Not being to bothered about the name change doesn't name that person pro name change. There could be many reasons why a person's not that bothered or worried etc Even if someone supports the NAME change it doesn't make them a plastic or less a fan . Happy Tiger is a good poster in my opinion. As is late night bus and craig in Nottingham. The name change is not such a big deal to many supporters . Personally I'm not fussed either way and I think we have got great owners . Can't think of anyone better in the past though old man needler was ok. I would deffo join a campaign to bring back standing and in the north stand for home supporters . I sure am not going to hurl insults or hate at the Allam family No Chance and not just for football reasons.
Oh. It was you. I'm not surprised. Im perfectly happy for people to disagree with my views, or to argue with me, I don't quite understand nasty personal attacks over something I haven't done or said, they're quite hard to defend against because it's difficult to tell if people are just seeking attention, like you are, or if they're trying to troll or if they lack reading skills.
When the rebrand was first announced I knew three passholders who did not want to change but were also not too concerned if it went ahead. All three are now anti rebrand, purely because of the way AA has conducted himself. Everything goes in circles, I'm sure that Steve Bruce accepts that one day there will be many City fans wanting him to go, it's the nature of the job, but at least we will look back on his time as manager with great fondness. Unfortunately, I think history won't be so kind to peoples perceptions of Mr. Allam, despite his saving the club. Personally, I would say that Adam Pearson was the best owner since Harold Needler.
Completely and utterly wrong . There was no cost of going 'back to the three crowns' cos it never left the three crowns. This logo did not replace any existing logo. FACT. This was not a brand 'for Hull' or to rebrand Hull, it was for a seperate organisation that was funded by Hull CC. People at the time for some reason got it into their head that this logo was a new council logo and it was never even remotely the case. I worked at the time in a role linked to this, I do know what I'm talking about.
