Don't think I'll find out whether or not I'm losing/keeping my job at this meeting, think it's just to keep me up to date with what they've done so far, they might also want to go over things again.
I would imagine they will go over it officially (written record) and they will explain what could happen afterwards, good and bad. Basical, they should explain their prodecure for this kind of thing. It could be all done and dusted today if they decide to issue a warning and you accept. Other routes take longer. Dismissal is subject to a appeal period.
