Based on what I've been reading about his expense claims he doesn't have a case. Court will send him packing and order him to pay the expenses he's cost the club
The YEP are reporting that he's been claiming 10s of thousands in meal receipts, the jet (as we already know) plus a sky sports subscription and countless other things. He's claiming the claims for meals were submitted in error and without his knowledge... **** him, he's too careless to check what expenses he's claiming against the club he's been bleating on about doing his best for for the past 8 years then that's tough ****, his mistake and he can ****ing pay up.
