Seeing that Rosberg is now in the 15s on Primes with inevitably more fuel and not as much trying we could see 1 13s. Primes are probably 1second slower so thats in the 14s then the Red Bull/Mclaren are about 0.5 better and if someone gets a perfect lap in with less fuel, then it should be 13s. I dont think its optimistic but just realistic.
I am quite happy with my 1.13.1 prediction for a dry qualifying. Drivers were easily hitting 1.15's on soft tyres - that wasn't qualifying fuel, and the supersofts will naturally be a lot quicker. For that reason, 1.13's sound realistic to me. Guess we'll find out soon.
Right. Button and Vettel lighting up the timing screens with purple sectors. Jenson goes 1st with a 1:14:942 on the Primes Vettel gets held up at the hairpin.
1 14 1 from Rosberg and Vettel. (On Primes I believe) :O Woah, this could be in the 1 12s. Doubt it but maybe.
Vettel does a 1:14:162 on the Primes. Rosberg matches that as well only 18 thousandths away. We will get 1:12s now seeing that they can do that type of laptime on the primes.
Haha good job Sutil. Sutil hates Vettel - he blocked him on purpose. I think Hamilton's pushing too hard, while Mercedes are running light on the options. We know.
Rosberg 1:13.9 means my mid 13's will be well out! I reckon we'll definitely see 1:12's, if not 1:11's at this rate.
Hmmm I am not convinced about Rosberg's pace and Mercedes. He did a 1:13:9 on the SS and Vettel is only 1 tenth away on the Prime!!
As for Webber.. He will surely not be doing any running this session with yet another KERS issue in that Red Bull.
I think this is the race where Fernando Alonso will come back towards the title. He's looking good and if he wins and Vettel gets "in the wars" he's got a shot. As long as Ferrari get good upgrades asap. Mclaren imo are looking poor atm.
