We all know the likelihood is that the appeal will be successful and probably rightly so, but it makes you wonder why so many SAFC players are being sent off recently. It's not all down to bad decisions by referees as much as some of your fans have convinced themselves such. Paranoia like that wont help in your current situation, and only serves to give players a ready made excuse for when things don't go ther way. The temperament of some of your players has a lot to be desired, the two footed tackle by Larsson against Man City that went unpunished is a casing point. Realistically Larsson should have gone that day, and had he, it would probably have cost you the points.

Unless, there is change in the teams temperament, you will be debating why the next one has been sent off over the coming weeks and blaming another referee instead of looking closer to home for the answer.

Tarricco was filth as a player. Pards actually signed him as a player. Short lived though as he picked up a bad injury. I think Pards had a lot of respect for him as he offered to cancel his contract when he realised he was finished. Funny though, after he retired he made no less than three comebacks. The first with some minor italian club. He made two one game comebacks of sorts at Brighton, he was sent off in both

We were the better side up until they scored, and then were denied a stonewall penalty in the 2nd half which should have saw their keeper sent off as well; so I reckon we would have won that game if all was fair in love and war, but I suppose we will never know for sure..
