I quite liked these two definitions of a dullard 1/ Dullard one step up from being a piece of ****. james t lemaster is a total dullard, one step up from being a piece of ****. mark as favorite buy dullard mugs & shirts dullard pudding head ****head douchbag tool. 2/ Dullard Totally boring bastard who constantly harps on about complete and utter ****e. Lot of Dullards are cyber warriors and rarely get out into the real world.
