I think we all agree that 1. He will probably leave Wigan 2. He is a good player 3. He will probably not get the type of transfer he is dreaming about 4. Chances are he could end up at Sunderland or Newcastle 5. As correctly stated above, the destination will be decided by money, as it usually is with footballers.
i agree with 1.he will i think 2. he is a good player on the feild but he is big headed ask any wigan or newcastle fan that 3. i think he could get the european dream he is looking for in europe (thats why i said it) 4. i honestly think there is quite a small chance of sunderland or newcastle getting him 5. yes and no because he wants to win things
I think with Cabaye coming to us and Gervinho apparently heading to Arsenal he'll fancy his chances back at Newcastle. Considering we bid for him in Jan I think it's likely we'll get him back.
I tend to agree with you guys on this one. If we were that interested, I think a bid would have gone in by now. I just hope that Steve Bruce is not going to overlook our left flank for a 3rd season running.
It's thing like this: http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/newc...d-me-to-join-newcastle-cabaye-72703-28860570/ And his Twitter posts. To me, it just smacks of him trying to tickle our balls so we take him back. He's seems to have matured a lot now and perhaps realises that the move from Newcastle to Wigan was hardly a step forward.
Reading that makes it look even more certain that he is in line for a return to you guys. What's the general reaction to his possible return amongst you guys, because he got some stick from certain sections of fans, the last time he was with you?
It honestly seems 50/50 on opinions. Some people would welcome him, some wouldn't be so keen. From what I've read though, it does seem like he's matured a lot and maybe learned the errors of his ways. I think he always liked Newcastle though, but he just ****ing hated Joe Kinnear, and that cause the transfer. I read an article from a 'source' which said that N'Zogbia "left NUFC a boy and wants to return as a man", which sounds about right if he's sorted himself out. Definitely a good player though, and would improve the squad overall. Here's his Twitter page if you haven't seen it btw: http://twitter.com/#!/CharlesNzo. Makes another comment about Newcastle and seems to have a good attitude. There are also articles like this one: http://www.givemefootball.com/premier-league/french-wing-wizard-would-love-old-club-return. All in all, IF it's true, it seems like he really favours a move back.
