Thank you thank you thank you. Om a side note you asked on another thread why people arent posting? Surely the usual suspect, aggers, is the reason. Comes on and just abuses posters. If he thought Family Guy was **** fair enough but attacking posters is, I would think why we have lost or discouraged posters. I know his answer will be man up or grow a pair etc. But a good bit of your "pruning" on this **** would be a big help. Did i say thank you
It wasn't really abuse. He just thought he was being funny; which, if he has any care left for his fellow man, he will never try to do again.
Just started watching Family Guy on Netflix (get the US version) very funny, Bobs Burgers is good on there too, a slight variation on the theme.
Bob's Burgers is good. King of the Hill was always my favourite, but I don't think a lot of people got it. Archer is also brilliant, new season in January too.
The car that runs him over isn't a prius by the way. looks like a merc. Family guy has gone down in recent years though. I prefer American Dad. Ugly Americans is awesome. South park has always been brilliant (bar a few episodes) .
So they've killed off the best character. Well done. It hasn't been really good for a while tbf. South Park is still the best bet. Original Futurama and Simpsons in 1995-2000 will never be topped imo though.
South Park is class, this Game of Thrones style three parter has been pretty epic. Futurama is quality, bit gutted it ended to be honest. The Simpsons is still decent, especially some of the over-arcing storylines (like Flanders and Krabappel getting married).
I think Stewie is the best. As he is now, not when he was all 'victory shall be mine'. That bit was overplayed and unfunny, which is why I'm guessing they made him more sexually ambiguous and down to Earth.
I'm a big fan of Family Guy but agree with Circa that American Dad is better. All the characters in AD are just brilliant. Pretty much every line of dialogue makes me laugh. I've been a big South Park fan for years but not seen some of the newer ones. I love the 'Pandemic' 2-parter for a classic South Park ridiculous storyline. If any SP fans haven't seen it I urge you to do so.
Putting this out there i have not watched a single episode of Family Guy, just never really interested me. However American Dad is brilliant, one of the best things i watch. If Family Guy is half as good its worth a watch, might stick a couple episodes on now.
"Brian dies in the season 12 episode "Life of Brian", which aired on November 24, 2013. After destroying the time machine, he and Stewie arrive home with a street hockey net. As he is setting it up, Brian is struck by a reckless driver and is left in critical condition at the veterinarian. He thanks the Griffins for giving him a wonderful life and that he loves them all, before succumbing to his injuries. In the aftermath of his death, the family replaces Brian with a new dog named Vinny. However, Brian has been confirmed to appear later in season 12, and also in season 13." American dad is way better than family guy Roger is how I like to see myself, do I come across as roger like on here?
Seth McFarlane is a brilliant talent. The way he jumps between Brian, Peter and Stewie is remarkable.
