According to my 5 year old niece. Discuss.

Just watched the groves v froch fight and then Ireland v New Zealand and can't recall in 8 years ever seeing that sort of entertainment from cafc.

The best thing at cafc at the moment are the board, god I hope they stay.

Your niece is spot on. Get her on to not606. We'll probably get about 12,000 on tuesday.
The rugby was fantastic, including the ref. Did you see how he raced down the pitch when Ireland scored their 3rd try.
I don't think the board want to stay.

You are hoping that somebody is going to bite, but I totally agree with everything you say about every subject, now and in the future.

The rugby was just thrilling, from the pansy little dance at the start to the retaken kick. It had it all. The way the crowd was lifted and was a part of the whole thing made it an almost spiritual occasion.

I love boxing, I can do without that smack talk and all that Jerry Springer nonsense but you had two fantastically tough boxers last nite. Groves had that fight all night long but just decided to brawl from round 7, maybe through tiredness and possibly to show Froch he could handle him. The ref bottled it and cost George his dream, the crowd knew it as well, another crowd going away with money well spent. I can recall getting my monies worth at cafc for a very very long time.

Pacman might have regained some false confidence after that farce of a matchup he had. Didn't see the Froch fight guys.

The Donny match is all that matters to me.

All other sports are pointless. :emoticon-0172-mooni

Last season's home matches against Leicester, Bolton, Wolves* and Leeds* were well worth the admission price.

*The euphoria of a last minute winner nullifies the previous ninety minutes of humdrum football.

I would shoehorn the Forest game from this season in with these. Didnt quite get the desired result but we saw a 100% commited performance from a team that regularly created chances against one of the divisions fancied teams. Real value for money IMO

Too much of our football is hopeful. We're ok when the opposition have the ball, but when we have it we hit an awful lot of hopeful high balls forward. A bit like the POMO style of John Beck.
