Liverpool game against Everton was a cracker: I do not know whether to call it a point gained coming back from losing position or two points dropped by letting Everton back into the game. On Sunday December 1 Liverpool away to Hull City, or (Tigers) the name to be assumed in the future. We all know about Steve Bruce Hall manager, he never likes to make it easy for Liverpool, so Liverpool needs to be on their guard, by the time the ball is kicked, Liverpool could be seven points behind Arsenal, so a win is needed. I am expecting a good game. Good luck.
hard one to predict, Hull will be looking to maximize points from home games to have a realistic chance of staying in the prem, IF we get off to a good start could be 2 or 3 and flood gates open, but, and still not convinced the issue has gone away, if we don't score in the first half when we are usually on top of teams, what team will we get for the 2nd half? also we have heard rumbling of Brendan giving other players chances to rest a few, hoping its for home games and not these type of games, as we need our best players on the pitch, not rested and assuming its an easy 3pts, as that's usually when we **** up against teams. if we dont take them for granted i can see a win, but what team will turn up and will it include Allen?
One game at a time Sir Gerrez. We need to look forward and stop moaning about what happened at Goodison Park.
Game we should be winning and I'll expect nothing but 3 points. We have a tough set of fixtures after the next 3 games - so we need to be taking 9 out of 9.
Agreed. If we do pick up 9/9 then it will truly show that we have become ruthless and feared to teams in the bottom half which is a great trait to have. Think Flanno deserves to keep his place and hopefully Sturridge is good to start.
I was talking about a poll we had before. It was for members to vote when they match thread should be posted
This is simple... suarez and sturridge. we have a chance going into the game. our midfield is the problem area and where bruce needs to look to to press us and cut off supply.
I thought he was good considering the situation - however, he's not a left back nor can we provide any attacking threat. Great back up to have - but Rodgers will no doubt be looking for a left back in January
Agreed - we have goals in our team. It should be enough to win matches but it's not - as we saw against Newcastle, Swansea and Everton - 7 goals in 3 games, and we really should be seeing it out.
They're a decent side under a decent manager, and we've looked far from convincing away from home this season so it's not going to be a walk in the park. With that said, I feel as if we have enough quality to take all three points here, Suarez is in the form of his life and the more games that go by the more sharper Coutinho will get. Give Flanagan and Allen another go, keep Sturridge on the bench if he's showing the same attitude problems.
