Not sure re khedeira is is forever being linked elsewhere.

I'd take modric too. Cheeky mid for any of arsenals midfield other than Walcott or chamberlain.

Ffs arteta could do a better job than what we have.

Tbh putting every midfielder on earth on a hat and picking a few would result in a vastly improved midfield.

    Draxler for me please.

Young enough, good enough and German enough to fix our CM troubles for the next decade or so. And with him in CM we might actually get the best out of Fellaini, instead of expecting him to be the attacking mid and defensive mid at the same ****ing time then wondering why he is neither.

We've already got one, thanks. And we brought him through the ranks, so didn't have to spaff £16m on the lad <ok>

Instead you spend 27.5mil on a fluffy haired twat?

P.S. Please don't put Cleverly in Henderson's league, thank you <ok>

They put themselves in the same league with their nice work rate, tidy yet unspectacular play, and inability to do anything whatsoever to influence the game <ok>

Ooh, a foreign name, sounds good to me! After all, if Januzaj has taught us anything it's that the more Js you have in your name the better <ok>

AM at the moment, but I reckon he's young enough to convert into the Scholes role playing off Fellaini or Carrick. He already drops into CM when receiving the ball for Schalke. And he has the ability to be a left sided playmaker in a 4231 which would give us a good option there.

    Bit harsh Berb.

Henderson does of course have the advantage of having spend the last two years being dog ****, so his current bang average contributions are suddenly seen as a great achievement by Liverpool fans. Whereas Cleverley has spent the last two years being hyped as the next great thing for Utd and England, so his current bang average contributions are seen as underachieving.

Great example of how people's views of similar quality players can be influenced by past performances. You could argue the current hype of Suarez as being the best in the PL is a good example of the same thing <whistle>

You must be mistaking me for someone else, I've never been one who slated Barry. I know he did a job but as Carrick is merely injured and not dead we are already in possession of a better midfield trundler than he.

Khedeira just did a cruciate so he's ****ed for a while so we can forget him. I would be dangling one big ****ing carrot in front of Arsenal for Wilshere. Ditto Everton for Barkley although he's for the future.

Fact is, we need the ready made article right now so we'll have to spend big bucks getting the right man and I haven't a clue. £200million for Bastian Schweinsteiger? Even then I doubt he'd come to us. Maybe Bayern would snatch our hands of for Fellaini in part ex.
